1. Introduction

“Road and Wrist,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Road and Wrist LLC, based in Boston, Massachusetts.
“You” and “your” refer to any user, buyer, seller, or visitor of our website or services.

“Services” refers to the buying, selling, sourcing, consigning, and trading of luxury watches through Road and Wrist LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to buy, sell, trade, or consign through Road and Wrist. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its functionality, or engage in fraudulent activity. Road and Wrist reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.
5. Buying Watches
a) Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in all watch descriptions, photography, and condition reports. However, all items are sold “as-is.” While we guarantee authenticity, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.
b) Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing does not include taxes, wire fees, or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
c) Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Item availability
• Errors in pricing or description
• Suspected fraud or high-risk activity
An order is not confirmed until payment has cleared.
6. Payment Methods
Road and Wrist currently accepts the following approved payment methods:
• Zelle
• Bank wire transfer
Payment must clear before any item is shipped. We do not offer credit card payments, in-store financing, PayPal, Affirm/Klarna, or cryptocurrency.
7. Selling and Trading Watches to Road and Wrist
a) Evaluation
All watches submitted for sale or trade are inspected and evaluated by our team. We may decline any watch at our sole discretion.
b) Offers
Offers are based on current market data and are valid only for 24 hours unless expressly stated otherwise. Offers are subject to changing market conditions.
c) Payment
Once you accept our offer and we verify the watch’s authenticity and condition, payment will be issued via the agreed-upon method.
8. Consignment
Road and Wrist offers consignment services by request.
• Terms, commission rates, timelines, and responsibilities are provided privately upon inquiry only.
• Consignment is accepted at Road and Wrist’s discretion and subject to owner approval.
9. Shipping & Delivery Policy
a) Domestic Shipping
All domestic shipments are sent via FedEx, fully insured.
Buyers must be available to receive the package or comply with FedEx security procedures. Road and Wrist is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
b) International Shipping
International shipping may be available. Buyers must inquire prior to purchase. Customs duties, VAT, and import responsibilities belong to the buyer.
c) Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to the buyer once the package is successfully delivered or signed for. Insurance coverage extends only until delivery confirmation.
10. Returns & Refund Policy
Road and Wrist maintains a strict no-return policy, except in the event that an item is grossly misrepresented.
• Minor variations in condition, accuracy, or cosmetic expectations do not qualify as misrepresentation.
• All sales are final once the buyer receives the watch.
• If a return is approved due to verified misrepresentation, the buyer must return the watch in the same condition as received.
11. Authenticity Guarantee
Road and Wrist guarantees that every watch sold is 100% authentic.
If authenticity is ever disputed, the buyer must provide written documentation from a brand-authorized service center. If a watch is proven non-authentic, Road and Wrist will provide a full refund upon return of the item.
12. No Investment Advice
Road and Wrist does not sell watches as investments and does not provide financial advice.
Any reference to market trends, pricing, or valuations is informational only.
13. Warranty & Aftercare
Road and Wrist does not currently provide in-house warranties. Some watches may carry remaining manufacturer warranties, when applicable. Buyers should inquire about warranty status before purchase.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Road and Wrist LLC is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Carrier delays or failures
• Buyer misuse or negligence
• Damages arising from third-party services (e.g., FedEx, Chrono24, etc.)
15. Third-Party Platforms
Road and Wrist sells on external platforms such as Chrono24, Get Bezel, and eBay. Each platform has its own policies which may differ from ours. Our Terms apply only to purchases and interactions directly with Road and Wrist.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on roadandwrist.com—including images, descriptions, text, layout, and branding—is the property of Road and Wrist LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
17. Brand Affiliations
Road and Wrist LLC is not affiliated with Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Omega, or any other brands featured on this website. We are an independent dealer.
18. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
19. Changes to Terms
Road and Wrist may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
