If the Watch is Available Now:
We'll confirm availability, provide detailed photos and condition information, answer any questions you have, and coordinate secure payment and FedEx Overnight shipping. Most purchases complete within 24-48 hours from inquiry to delivery.
If We Need to Source Your Watch:
Tell us exactly what you're looking for—brand, model, reference, condition requirements, and budget. We'll search our dealer and collector networks, authenticate potential matches, and present options with transparent pricing. Most sourcing requests are fulfilled within 1-2 weeks.
Either way, we handle everything: authentication verification, transparent communication, secure payment coordination, fully insured shipping, and post-delivery support.
Secure Payment Methods
To keep costs lower and protect against fraud, Road and Wrist accepts payment via wire transfer and Zelle only. We do not currently accept credit cards.
Why wire transfer and Zelle?
These methods eliminate the 3-5% credit card processing fees that would otherwise increase watch prices. They also provide secure, irreversible payment that protects both buyer and seller from chargeback fraud—a significant issue in luxury goods transactions.
